I am very shy man who hardly ever took courage to ask a woman out. Sometimes I'd engage in a casual conversation with girls but I'd go away as soon as we stay alone. So I am long time single guy who needs to get a girlfriend.
My main problem is my posture but with her its just how do I ask her out and what kinds of things to say to get there.
Having said that since you have already described that she likes you it may be just a formality in asking her out. (Since it is likely that she will say yes)
To this extent the best day to ask her to go out would be on a Thursday. Then Friday you can confirm with her that it is still on and then you can meet up on Saturday if you want to.
There isn't really an ideal day to ask because if you really fancy a girl then to hell with it, just simply ask any day of the week. If it's more of a rational like at the beginning as opposed to a hot and irrational passion then you have time to think things carefully and plan for them.
The next time that you engage in small talk with her and everything is going along fine, just ask her "say do you want to check out this new film? I heard that it was pretty good! If you want to then how about we meet this Saturday at ..."
Make sure that you watch the movie at a good time so that you have time to have a coffee and a chat afterwards.
Bottom line: I must emphasize the importance of specifying a time and date when you are planning on asking a girl out. Never tell her something like "Do you want to go out sometime" and then leave it at that without specifying when and where.
If you can tell them the time and place then it is much better to secure a meeting then instead of waiting until the next time to do it. She will respect you all the more for it and would most likely say yes if she likes you.
